Blogging Everyday in June - DAY 1

Wow, here goes. I cannot quite believe that I have inally pulled myself together and started blogging thiis the first challenge I am taking part in - hopefully first of many as they seem great fun - and it is really helping me to get started with some inspiration on what to blog about.

So for DAY 1 the challenge set is:

Day 1: Tell us all about how you got into crafting OR Craft something that is pink

How did I getninto crafting? I seem to have crafted all my life so I honestly cannot remember what my first craft was - probably knitting with my gran or my mum. I have always been very creative and love to tray my hand at most crafts. At the moment cardmaking ois my first love, but I enjoy using my other hobbies in my cardmaking. So I may add something knitted, sewn or chrocheted to my cards.

Well, since this is my first day nd the motivation is high, I have also made a card with something pink - one of my favorite colours.

Card recipe:
Image:                       scooter from www.paperprintables.com
Background papers:  also from www.paperprintables.com
Sentiment:                 Cannot remember wjere it is from - sorry! (Will do better tomorrow... :-) )
Die:                            Spellbinders
Other:                         Ribbon and flatbacked pearls from stash

Phew DAY 1 done. That was fun. Need to work on my photography!!! Will post my link now and go read what you other lot has done. Hope you have all had a fun day!
                                     Craft blog every day June
